Accordingly, you hereby consent to NMFMA’s use and distribution of your name and likeness for instructional or promotional purposes without compensation or liability to NMFMA.
By submitting a registration, all attendees at the 2025 NMFMA Workshop hereby agree with the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. This Code of Conduct is the product of NMFMA’s commitment to create and nurture a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative community, and we thank our participants for sharing our commitment.
Code of Conduct: Our workshop is dedicated to providing a harassment-free workshop experience for everyone. Harassment is any improper or unwelcome conduct that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause offense or humiliation to another person. We do not tolerate harassment of workshop participants in any form regardless of gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). Workshop participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the workshop without a refund at the discretion of the workshop organizers.
What to do if you are a witness or subjected to harassment during our workshop: If you are subjected to harassment or any other unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to harassment or unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify NMFMA event coordinators as soon as possible. NMFMA event coordinators will be available to assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. All reports will remain completely confidential except as required by law.
